РЕФЕРАТ
Дипломна робота на тему: «Забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства на засадах диверсифікації діяльності» містить 120 сторінок, 40 таблиць, 28 рисунків, 4 додатки. Перелік посилань нараховує 39 найменувань.
Метою роботи є розробка механізму забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства на засадах диверсифікації діяльності.
Об’єктом дослідження є процес забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства.
Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні засади забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства, стратегія диверсифікації.
Методи дослідження: спостереження, економіко-математичні методи, методи теоретичного узагальнення та практичного порівняння, аналіз і синтез, методи експертних оцінок, оцінка рівня конкурентоспроможності заснована на теорії ефективної конкуренції (ККО) та аналіз ключових факторів успіху, графоаналітичний метод оцінки потенціалу підприємства «квадрат потенціалу».
Результати дослідження дадуть змогу вітчизняним підприємствам, в тому числі ПрАТ «ККПК», використати на практиці стратегію диверсифікації з метою забезпечення рівня конкурентоспроможності та поліпшення лідерських позицій на ринку.
Сформовані в роботі рекомендації дозволять підприємствам ефективно конкурувати в умовах ринкової нестабільності та послаблення кон’юнктури ринку, а також удосконалити ефективність виробничої діяльності.
Результати перевірки можливостей практичного використання отриманих результатів. Керівництвом ПрАТ «ККПК» було визнано можливість використання запропонованих рекомендацій щодо забезпечення конкурентоспроможності.

ABSTRACT
Thesis on «Ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise on the basis of diversification of activities» contains 120 pages, 40 tables, 28 figures, 4 application. The list of references includes 39 items.
The purpose of the work is development of a mechanism for ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise on the basis of diversification of activities.
The object of research is the process of ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise.
The subject of the research is theoretical and practical principles of ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise, the strategy of diversification.
Methods of research: method of observation, economic and mathematical methods, methods of theoretical generalization and practical comparison, method of analysis and synthesis, methods of expert evaluations, estimation of the competitiveness level based on the theory of effective competition and analysis of key success factors, graphical method of estimating potential of the enterprise named “square of potential”.
The results of the study will enable domestic companies, in particular PJSC
«KKPK», to use in practice a strategy of diversification to ensure level of general competitiveness and increase the leadership positions in the market.
Recommendations for using work results. The results of the survey will allow enterprises to compete effectively in conditions of market instability and weakening the market conditions, as well as to improve the efficiency of production activities.
Results of testing the possibilities of practical use of the obtained results. The management of the enterprise PJSC «KKPK» used and implemented the proposed recommendations for ensuring competitiveness.
