Фрагмент уроку з навчання монологічного мовлення

Мета: навчити учнів монологічного мовлення за темою “Food”

Обладнання: зображальна опора


Етап. Мета. Прийом
Зміст роботи

Етап 1. Об’єднання ЗМ в одну понад фразову єдність

Мета: навчити учнів об’єднувати засвоєні раніше ЗМ рівня фрази у висловлювання понад фразового рівня.

Прийоми: вправи на приєднання та об’єднання однотипних і різнотипних ЗМ.

Етап 2. Висловлювання учнів на понад фразовому рівні, використовуючи опори

Мета: навчити учнів будувати висловлювання понад фразового рівня з використанням зображальних опор.

Прийом: робота в парах

Етап 3. Висловлювання учнів на текстовому рівні без опор

Мета: навчити учнів створювати монолог-опис текстового рівня.

Прийом: робота в режимі: «учень-клас»
Ex. 1 Children, do you now some national Ukrainian meal? What meal do you know? And what about borsch? Do you know how to cook it? First of all, let’s try and name all ingredients necessary for its cooking and then try to give instruction.

T: We need some pork for cooking borsch.

P.1: We need potatoes too.

P.2: We should take cabbage as well.

P.3: And not forget about beetroot.

P.4. We also need carrot and onion.

P.5. And finally some salt and other spices.

Now we know all ingredients that we need for cooking borsch. Let’s make instructions.

T: Put the meat in a stew pan, add 2 l water and boil for 30 minutes.

P.1: Wash and peel all vegetables, cut them into small pieces.

P.2: Add cabbage and boil for more 10 minutes.

P.3: Then add potato and go on boiling for more 10 minutes.

P.4. Fry onion in oil till it becomes golden brown, then add carrot and beetroot.

P.5. Boil everything together for 10 minutes.

Ex. 2. Your mother did shopping yesterday. She came home with a lot of products. Say what she bought and how much money she spent for it.

Potatoes 2 kg 10 hrv.

Sausages 500 gr 30 hrv.

Milk 1 l 8 hrv.

Eggs 20 12 hrv.

Cheese 300 gr 15 hrv.

Bread 2 loaves 6 hrv.

Eg. My mother bought 2 kg potatoes. She spent 10 hrv. for it.
Ex.1 Yesterday you watched TV program and got to know very good recipe of cottage pie. Your friend asks you to tell how to cook it. Looking at the pictures and ingredients tell your friend the direction of cooking this pie.



Task

Your granny will soon have a birthday. You want to make surprise for her and cook some delicious meal. Tell what you want to cook, what ingredients you need and how you are going to cook it.
